Train Derailment Causes Road Closure in Sugar Land

(SUGAR LAND) - Due to a train derailment, the southbound right turn lane on Dairy Ashford at Hwy. 90 is closed through tomorrow, Sept. 9. City officials say there is no environmental risk to the community and no injuries were reported due.

“Residents are asked to be mindful of work crews, expect traffic delays, and when possible, avoid the area to prevent traffic congestion,” city officials said.
