(SUGAR LAND) - Due to an ongoing technical issue, phone calls intended for the Sugar Land Police Department and Municipal Court are inadvertently being routed to the 311 call center.
City officials say 311 is able to forward the calls to the police department and municipal courts but callers will be placed in a call queue. Calls made to 9-1-1 and non-emergency dispatch lines (281-275-2020) are not affected by this issue and are fully operational.
“Technical teams are currently working on resolving this issue,” officials said. “We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.”
