(RICHMOND) - The Richmond Police Department is asking for help in locating 16-year-old Ulyssa Lynn Williams who willingly left her home in Richmond on April 24. Ulyssa’s last known location was in San Antonio, possibly in the area of S. General McMullen St., on May 2.
Ulyssa is 5’2” and weighs 120 pounds. She has brown eyes and brown hair. Anyone with any information as to the whereabouts of Ulyssa Lynn Williams is contact Detective Kristie Pena of the Richmond Police Department at 281-342-2849.
