UPDATE (Noon, July 7) – According to the Fort Bend County Office of Emergency Management the pipeline company is enroute to the site of a pipeline explosion at 15400 JoAnn near FM 1952, west of Orchard. “Containment of the fire in underway but will likely take some time. Residents surrounding the area have been evacuated out of precaution. No reports of any injuries at this time,” said officials.
(FORT BEND COUNTY) – Authorities are on the scene of a pipeline explosion in Fort Bend County. According to the Fort Bend County Precinct 1 Constable’s Office the explosion occurred at 15400 JoAnn near FM 1952, west of Orchard. No other details were immediately available.
