City of Katy Street Department to Perform Tree Maintenance in March

(KATY) - The City of Katy Street Department will be performing tree maintenance in Fawnlake Subdivision and Magnolia Street, beginning the week of March 13, weather permitting.

Low hanging limbs over roadways will be the primary focus to ensure street clearance. While the city staff will do their best to consider aesthetics of trees, they are limited to private property areas and can only maintain the portions in the affected area above and around city right-of-ways.
