(STAFFORD) - A Stafford woman is behind bars after allegedly shooting her husband in a domestic dispute.
On June 22 at approximately 4:35 p.m., Fort Bend County Sheriff’s deputies were dispatched to the 700 block of Stafford Springs Ave. in Stafford regarding a domestic dispute where a 24-year-old victim was allegedly shot by his wife, Michaela Davis, 26.
The victim was transported to the medical center in Houston where he was treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
Davis was arrested and charged with aggravated assault family violence, a first-degree felony. Davis remains in custody in the Fort Bend County Jail on a $40,000 bond.
