(ROSENBERG) – A Rosenberg man has been arrested after allegedly stealing a go-cart from a local Tractor Supply in the early morning hours of June 27.
Around 1:40 a.m. Rosenberg officers patrolling the area saw a man driving away from Tractor Supply with a go-cart in the bed of his truck. The go-cart still had the price tags attached. After stopping the vehicle, police say the driver, Ronnie Manning, confessed to stealing the go-cart. Manning was taken to the Fort Bend County Jail and has been charged with theft of property with two or more previous convictions, criminal mischief and unlawful use of criminal instruments.
