First Colony Middle School Unites Students Against Bullying During Hello Week

(FORT BEND ISD) – First Colony Middle School’s No Place for Hate Committee observed "Hello Week" this month, creating an inclusive environment for all students.

Students created a Hello Week chain, hung from a second-floor balcony, and students from the campus PALS and Teen Leadership class greeted students every morning. Students also took the “No Place for Hate” pledge and learned about the effects of cyber bullying.

October is observed annually as Bullying Prevention Month.
