(ROSENBERG) – After six car burglaries were reported in two nights in Rosenberg, officers from the Strategic Enforcement Team worked with detectives from the Criminal Investigations Division to track down the suspect.
A person of interest was quickly identified and located. Once stopped, SET Officers located stolen property tied to the burglaries. Further investigation uncovered even more property, including several forms of identifying information of others. Officials have not released the name of the suspect.
“As a reminder, be sure to remove valuables and lock your vehicles at all times,” said police. “This burglar stated he specifically looked for unlocked vehicles.”
