FBISD Students Earn $72k in Scholarships from the George Foundation’s Youth in Philanthropy Program

(FORT BEND ISD) – This year, 39 Fort Bend ISD junior and senior students earned a combined $72,000 in scholarships from the Youth in Philanthropy program, presented by The George Foundation.

The YIP program is open to juniors and seniors from across Fort Bend County to serve local nonprofits. In return for the students’ community service, some participants are awarded scholarships. For more information about the YIP program, visit www.thegeorgefoundation.org.
